Fridge/freezer (gas/electric), 3 burner stove, oven, vent hood, microwave, hot water heater (gas/electric), and AC/Heater all work. 80 gal. fresh water, 35 gal. black water, 2 gray water tanks, and onboard Onan MicroLite 2.8 generator (installed new in 2004) make this trailer awesome for wilderness camping. New 19' awning and vent covers installed in June 2010. Trailer has been stored indoors since 2004 except for 3 or 4 weeks a year. Interior shows wear in places but is very clean. One mirrored sliding closet door has a long crack. Stove is missing one control knob, but it will be replaced. Exterior has hail damage on slide side and back end. Some minor dings on door side.
