This Tradewinds 40E is in overall good to very good condition. There are some minor areas of clear coat checking and flaking on the curbside of the coach's rear quarter. A few of the emblems are beginning to peel. The dash air system may have a leak, as the seller reports he needs to replenish the refrigerant before each trip. The tires are just slightly worn, and they were placed roughly three years ago. The coach interior is finished in a natural light Maple and appears damage-free. The Corian countertops are clean and show no signs of wear and tear. However, the stovetop cover has been broken and is now in two pieces, but it is operable. Starting in the rear of the motor home you will find a shower, sink, wardrobe, and toilet in the master bathroom. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed with memory foam mattress slide. Leaving the bedroom on the right is a half bath. The living area and kitchen area are in the front of the motor home. You will find a refrigerator, pantry, free-standing dinette with 48" pop-up LED TV slide. The opposite side of the motor home features a full wall slide.
