This Pacifica 40C has been used for family travel and has moderate miles. The sellers are the second owners, and the RV is in good shape externally and internally. The owner indicates the heat pump has been replaced, and the cooling unit in the refrigerator was replaced in 2023. The tires are about 10 years old. There are low-impact dings on the back bumper from a bout with a lawnmower.
