2014 ROCKWOOD MINI-LITE 2306 BUNKHOUSE A clean, well maintained 2014 Rockwood Mini Lite Model 2306. Weight 3800 lbs. 23 feet long. No pets, non-smokers, no mice, no leaks. It features a Murphy bed which is a queen bed that folds up when using the couch, a dinette that makes into a bed and 2 bunkbeds. Appliances are: 2 way refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave, 3 burner range, outside mountable propane grill, double bowl sink with flip up counter extension, propane heater, roof top AC with ductwork, Fantastic fan (like a whole house fan), hot water heater, full feature bath with bathtub/shower & skylight, outside shower, flat screen TV, rooftop antenna, DVD/CD player, Radio, charging station, 6 stereo speakers inside and 2 outside, 15’ awning, electric tongue jack. To the best of my knowledge this is fully functional RV with everything working. There is an outside delamination spot about 5” in diameter located forward in between the 2 bunk windows on the left side, caused by window condensation. The interior is not compromised at all. I contacted the manufacture and their response was “you shouldn’t have to worry about the integrity of your trailer at all” I have discounted the price accordingly.
