2004 Rexhall Rose Air 40' 400HP Diesel Pusher Luxury Class A Motorhome with four huge slide outs. Cummins 400HP Turbo Diesel engine, 6 speed Allison transmission, Air Brakes, Air Suspension, Exhaust Brake, all on a Workhorse Chassis. Very low miles (53,400 miles). Runs great, outside is in good shape, does have some clear coat peeling. Sleeps up to 4 in total (we will install a brand new leather sleeper sofa, and the buyer can pick the style and color). This was one of the BEST diesel coaches that money could buy in 2004 from Rexhall. Everything is top quality. So many options in this coach (even has a fireplace), that it is impossible to list them all. This is a 2002 Rexhall Rose Air 3955, I had this unit built to my specks . The motorhome is 39"5" long it is built on a Spartin Mountain Master Chassis wit a 350 ISC Cummins engine and a 3000 Alison Transmission. Rexhall feature fully welded steel construction with vacuum bonded walls and roof. The roof is a one piece molded fiberglass not rubber, windows are all thermal pain. It has two roof air units that are heat pumps and a gas furnace, a 10 gallon gas and electric hot water heater, a 7500 watt diesel generator with 230 hours on it, a 2000 watt inverter. The interior features flex steel furniture, six way power drivers seat, extra wide power passenger seat with power foot rest, new 40" Visio Tv in living room and new Visio 19: in Bedroom. There is a washer dryer combo in bedroom As I said we bought this unit new it has always been garaged when not in use, never smoked in or had any pets in it. it has been very well taken care of we never where shoes in it even. As far as maintenance I am very picky about that it is always ready to travel, In June of 2015 we took a month long trip and before going I replaced all the tires, right front ball joints and front two rams on leveling jacks. In Sept of 2015 I replaced the Radiator all hoses belts and coolant. I would not hesitate to take a cross country trip in this unit at a moments notice only selling to get new 45' unit before we go full time. REXHALL ROSEAIR, Here is a very clean coach that has two large slides for plenty of room when you are camping. The rear slide in back is the bed/closet slide for really opens up the bedroom.
