Recently detailed inside and out.The vehicle drives fine; we took it back and forth to Burning Man 6 months ago. New brakes, many new tires, and some electrical issues were addressed in the past 18 months to make sure everything would run smoothly. The RV is currently under a non-operational DMV registration (not becuase it doesn’t work, just because I am not driving it). It is due for a smog check with renewal. I’m happy for prospective buyers to examine, test drive, etc. the vehicle to their heart’s content — or to have a mechanic do so — but they need to be clear that any sale will strictly be on an “as-is” basis. I am disclosing every problem I know of, but as with any old vehicle, this is a purchase with risk, and I only want to work with a buyer willing to take on that risk. I’m not interested in a back-and-forth.The “house” portion of the RV has many issues:- Generator is not functional, probably needs to be replaced.- There is a leak in the roof, with some water damage to the interior ceiling and storage compartments.- Kitchen table is extremely loose / falling off its mount.- Water heater & water filter do not work.- Vehicle leveling jacks do not work.- Many other relatively minor issues with the house: some blinds not working well, some drawers flimsy or off the rails, etc. Bike rack included Unknown mileage, odometer was broken when we bought it.
