1999 Rexhall Aerbus 31' Class A Motorhome. Model is XL2900DS, and official length is 30.5'. Ford Triton V10 engine, on a Ford Chassis with only 62,800 miles. In very good condition in and out. This was one of the more popular gas motorhomes that Rexhall made in 1999, and has a very nice floor plan. Fully self contained, sleeps 6 in total. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors dash A/C, levelling jacks, drivers door, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM stereo, 25" TV in the living room, 14" TV in the rear bedroom, DVD/VCR, and TV Antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa and a dinette booth: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door side by side fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual roof a/c units along with a gas furnace. Awning over passenger side. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Tires are DOT 2013, with a spare tire. Generac 55 gas generator, runs great. Comes with a full set of owners manuals.
