At the time of my visit, the Reflection was clean and there were no pet or cooking odors. All of the appliances were very clean and showed little signs of use. The furniture all had seat and couch covers and looked clean with no signs of wear. The exterior was in good condition but the unit is parked next to a few trees and there is some sap and leaves on the roof and slide top. It is always recommended that you perform your own inspection to confirm the condition. The 2022 Reflection 297RSTS has two slides that create a very open and welcoming interior. There is a lot of natural light with three large windows and the kitchen skylight. The kitchen island has a deep stainless sink with a cover to expand your counter space when not in use. There is a table, four chairs, and a kitchen hutch. You have a ten cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, a large 30-inch microwave, a gas range, and a three-burner cooktop. In your living room, you have a tri-fold sleeper sofa, theater seating with cup holders, heat, and message. The entertainment center has a 40-inch flat-screen TV on a swivel mount and a fireplace. There is a roof-mounted Winegard 360 Antenna with WIFI Prep. The bathroom has a large 30X36-inch walk-in shower and a nice vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet. You will have a residential 60X80 queen bed in your bedroom, a wardrobe with washer and dryer hookups, and two dresser drawers. There is no TV in the bedroom. You have a large patio awning that covers the outdoor kitchen and the exterior TV hookup. You also have an LP quick connect and an outdoor spray port. For added safety and convenience, the Reflection is equipped with Compass Connect, which allows you to control slides, lights, and awning and monitor tire pressure.
