At the time of my visit, the Reflection was clean and there were no pet or cooking odors. All of the appliances were very clean and showed little signs of use. The furniture all had seat and couch covers and looked clean with no signs of wear. The exterior was in good condition but the unit is parked next to a few trees and there is some sap and leaves on the roof and slide top. It is always recommended that you perform your own inspection to confirm the condition.
