REFLECTION GRAND DESIGN, Here is the nicest light weight 5th wheel that you will ever find. This coach is loaded with all the options and was only used once and still looks brand new. It has a GVWR of 9995 and an empty weight of 8580 so can be pulled easily by a 3/4 ton pickup . It is 30' long and comes with 3 slides for plenty of room when you are parked. It has 54 gallons of fresh water, 6 gallon water heater, 75 gallons of grey water and 43 gallons of black water. 60 pounds of LP Gas and a CCC of 1355 pounds. You have plenty of storage up front and has an outside entertainment center with TV and refrigerator , An electric awning and a 3 step entry. There is a ladder on the back for easy access to the roof and a hitch so you can pull something behind the 5th wheel. You have electric leveling jacks and 2 air conditioners to keep you really cool in the hot summer months. On the inside you will find an Atwood Frig/freezer, High Pointe Microwave, Wedgewood oven with 3 burner stove top, dual recliners across form a large screen LED TV and fireplace and an island kitchen. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill layout so can be accessed from the bedroom or the livingroom.
