It has a washer and dryer and double A/C units. Living room features are a 55 inch Toshiba TV with LG blu-Ray player with 5.1 surround sound speaker system, the couch turns into a full-size sleeper with storage drawer underneath the couch that holds two extra dining room chairs, two leather recliners, a leather ottoman that has storage, a ceiling fan and a electric fireplace. Kitchen features are a three burner gas stove, oven and microwave, double door refrigerator with freezer, pull out garbage drawer, double stainless steel sinks, large pantry with pullout drawers, and a dining room table that extends out to accommodate four people. Bathroom has a standard standup shower, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet and a small linen closet.
