2014 Redwood Other , 2014 Redwood 38BR. This 5th wheel is designed for full time year round usage. It measures a full 42 long with the extended Trail Air hitch which allows this RV to be towed with a short bed without a sliding hitch (We towed with a 2013 Ford Super Duty short bed for comparison). It tows like a dream and rides very well while towing, items rarely moved inside during towing even on the roughest roads. This RV has tons of storage. Overall this is an excellent RV which includes all the amenities of a house including Dishwasher & Combo Washer/Dryer (added). Additionally this RV features a unique floorplan which includes a Bonus Room on the back 4 of the coach, this particular RV has the office option with build in desk and drawers. This room is completely separate from the living space and includes power, lighting, heating/cooling vents and lots of cabinet space including built in filing cabinet. There is both an exterior door to this space as well as an interior door. Is an excellent office space or hobby area! Interior wood is Blonde Cherry which would be confused with Cherry if you didnt see them side by side. All the bugs are worked out and maintenance is up to date. Unit was built in July 2013 and still has just under 3 years left on the structural warranty.
