This 2014 Redwood 38GK is in truly excellent condition. It shows typical south Florida sun fading of the decals and one area on the front cap with some clear coat peeling, typical of south Florida RVs. The rest of the exterior is in far above average condition with the RV having been professionally cleaned, polished, and waxed annually since new. The awnings are all clean and work perfectly. One slide top awning was recently replaced. The interior of this RV is as close to flawless as you will get in a 10 year old model. Everything works as it should. One soft area of the roof has been known about since it was new. It is next to a dealer-installed ceiling vent and is believed to be where the hole for the fan may have been mis-cut and the roof material stretched across the gap. This area has NEVER leaked. The seller reports that the roof has never suffered any leaks since new and has been re-caulked regularly.
