Entry level unit or upgrade from tent or popup camping, you must see to appreciate this remodeled beauty. Sleeps 6-7 Bunkhouse with bunks in rear sleeps 4, dinette 2 and futon 1/2. Great for any one just starting in camping, family with younger children, or grandparents or YOU! Currently located at a gated campground near Spencer, OH (MEDINA COUNTY, OH). We are selling our "home away from home" to upgrade to a CLASS A motorhome so we can travel the US. Three distinct areas separated by sliding (pocket) doors. Living/Dining/Kitchen, Bath, and Bunkhouse. This trailer was remodeled when we purchased from a local dealer in 2012. We have replaced the drapes, blinds, futon/sofa, microwave, carpeting and chair in living room; toilet in bath; drapes, blinds and bedding in bunkhouse. Lower bunks are full size twins with uppers for children. The lower bunks could easily be modified to queen. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, great for kids and aching muscles. Water pump and thermostat also replaced. Tires replaced in fall, 2014, for 200 mile trip to relocate from Ligonier, PA to Spencer, OH. This unit has not been on the road the past 5 years. It has been permanently parked at 3 years in PA and 2 years in OH. This unit does not have a awning. We use a 10 X 20 tent which is visible in a photo which is even better. Awnings break and are not very good in wind or rain. We will include this awning hardware.
