Per the sellers, all features and systems work as they should with the current exceptions of the awning and slide topper. The awning currently does not retract, and the topper is pulling out of the track. According to the seller, both will be repaired or replaced before selling. The tires are the originals with date codes from 2019. There is plenty of tread and no obvious sidewall deterioration or cracking.
