The seller reports that the overall condition of the Pursuit is good. It has had a recent oil/filter service. The roof is cleaned, inspected, and resealed annually. In April 2023, the Rooftop A/C was replaced. Stock #342781 Well maintained 2020 Coachmen Pursuit 27XPS with only 11,923 miles! The 2020 Pursuit 27XPS gas-powered Class A has a towing capacity of 8,000 lbs. That should be enough to tow a nice trailer with your bikes or side by side. The sellers have removed the dinette and replaced it with a stowable free-standing table and chairs. They have also removed the sleeper sofa and replaced it with two European Style recliners with ottomans. The passenger seats with seatbelts have been reduced to two captain chairs. The sleeping capacity is four, two in the drop-down bunk over the cap and two in the queen size bed in the master. You have a full galley with a double-basin kitchen sink, a three-burner cooktop/oven, a microwave with a range hood, and light. You also have a dual power, LP gas or electric, two-door refrigerator.
