Our 3050 model Sanibel has new Goodyear tires all around including the spare. New 32" Smart TV in the living room over the fireplace. Smaller TV in the bedroom. King size bed with two sets of comforters that match the window treatments and a King size mattress Heating Pad on the bed, bed is made with fresh sheets and ready to go. Walk-in Closet with large 4 drawer dresser. Triple folding glass shower doors. Ceiling Fan and Central Vac. No Pets, No Smoking. I think that covered everything, except lots of stuff goes with the camper, silverware, camper electrical cord roll up unit in basement, Keurig Coffee Maker, towels, etc and we'll throw in a brand new portable ice maker, and new surge protector plus a 4 wheeled gray boy (never used). 2005 Dodge Dually 3500 Diesel has 115,000 miles on it, with Michelin tires (70000 mile est). NADA estimate $22,425. Truck has new headlights, new speakers and radio with blue tooth, back up camera and navigation. Also have heavy duty dually truck cover. The Truck has a 60 gal, gravity fed, additional fuel tank with toolbox on top in the bed along with a Super 20.5K heavy duty fifth wheel hitch and vented RV tailgate.
