The exterior is free of any visible damage other than minimal sun fading on the side by the door. The sellers got a few estimates to have it coated but couldn't find anyone to do it. The cap was repainted. Under the pull-out sofa bed, the linoleum is scraped up from the legs of the bed. There was a small spot on the linoleum they had repaired in the living area.
