Fantastic home from home when you are traveling! This travel trailer is large enough to have all the luxuries, yet small enough to be pulled by a half-ton truck. Pristine condition, with several upgrades, namely: extra wide power retractable awning, all light bulbs have been replaced with LED lights (for longer battery life); regular shower head has been replaced with larger head for more luxurious shower in your large shower stall. Other features include, but are not limited to: queen size bed, lots of storage and counter space, large refrigerator which runs off electricity or propane, air conditioner, furnace, propane stove and oven, microwave, TV with boosted antenna, 6-speaker entertainment system, privacy glass and screens in all windows, friction hinge on entry door, extreme weather package, two propane tanks, battery, sewer hoses, drinking water hose, water pressure regulator (when hooking up to city water), 30A electric cable with surge control, weight distributing hitch system with anti-sway control. Magnetic catches on outside hatches make it easy to load and unload from through storage. It has all aluminum and fiberglass construction for light weight and structural integrity, with a dry weight of only 4,676 lbs., but a large carrying capacity of 2,874 lbs. (GVW= 7,550 lbs) so you can carry all your goodies with you. The included deep slide really expands the interior when camped, and the dinette can be converted to an extra full size bed. Even when the slide is closed, you have easy access to refrigerator, bathroom, pantry, and galley.
