This is a well maintained and ready to go 2014 Sanibel 3501 Residential class built by Prime Time (a division of Forest River.). After market improvements include dealer installed Onan 5.5 KW generator with less than 20 hours on it, G load rated tires (manufacture date code 2015... cost $940), "limo tint" on almost all windows (helps with heat and offers privacy.) This is a well built beautiful unit that is very comfortable. We have received many compliments about the exterior and interior quality and cleanliness. Living area has 2 Lane furniture leather recliners and a leather couch that also folds out into a queen bed. Entertainment center includes 5.1 speaker Sony stereo/DVD/CD player, TV. Fireplace, and office area. Also a ceiling fan covers the living area.
