This is a 2013 Lacrosse Luxury Lite 319 QBS by Prime Time Manufacturing. Very nice, like new, never smoked in, one owner, Travel Trailer 35'7" long, 11'5" tall, hitch weight 840 lbs., Gross weight is 9,613 lbs.(dry weight is 7,609 lbs., 2,004 lbs. of total carrying weight capacity). Tongue jack is manual and the stabilizers are electric powered. Interior height is 6'6". Fresh water tank is 48 gallons, Grey tank is 60 gallons and the Black tank is 30 gallons. Air conditioner and heater works very well with a 13,500 btu A/C and a 30,000 btu Hi Capacity furnace, 6 gallon electric/gas water heater w/ 18 gallon/hr quick recovery mode. Sleeps up to 10, queen size bed, bunk house area with bunk beds, air mattress, lounge area, kitchen area has a 12 cubic foot 4 door refrigerator. This camper is very comfortable to camp in and has very nice features to it. A 'Blue Ox' hitch system currently installed on trailer. Travel trailer is for sale for 20,500. I will consider selling the tow vehicle as a package deal. The tow vehicle is a 2014 2500 Laramie Mega cab with a 6.4 Liter Hemi engine with 3.73 rear end gears. Black and silver two tone exterior and interior is light tan leather with dark brown trim accents. This truck has factory installed towing package with towing mirrors. It has a nice entertainment center with and LCD TV and AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 Player w/ surround speakers.The bathroom has a sink/vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet, an adult shower with a tub surround, a 2nd entry door, and a foot flush toilet! In the rear is a huge bunk room!! It has a slide out with a jack knifer sleeper sofa on the bottom and a standard bunk over the top, across from that is a nice wardrobe with another bunk over top allowing this 318BHS to sleep a small army!!This is very clean, Never Smoked in, well maintained travel trailer.
