This like new 5th wheel has less than 1000 miles since new. it is situated on a leased site at Caney Point RV Resort on Lake Fork, Texas. This is a water front site about 100' from the private boat ramp. Lease can be transferred to the new owner. Current lease expires March 2018 and is included in he full purchase price. If you are a bass fisherman this is a great spot!I am the second owner and have added a new mattress and a bedroom a/c unit along with a better TV. This trailer is like new and has only been used maybe 50 nights.I have upgraded the hitch to a Resse Goosebox, but still have the OEM pin box if you would rather go that way.We have purchased a motorhome and that is the only reason the 5th wheel is for sale.
