This is a water front site about 100' from the private boat ramp. Lease can be transferred to the new owner. Current lease expires March 2018 and is included in he full purchase price. If you are a bass fisherman this is a great spot!I am the second owner and have added a new mattress and a bedroom a/c unit along with a better TV.
