Ford Triton V-10 ,6.8 L engine, automatic transmission with overdrive, 19'7" long, 127" wheel base, 8'8" high, 35 gallon fuel tank, 245x75x16 Cooper Discover tires in good condition, tow hitch with receiver and wiring, security starting system, power cab windows, cruise control, am/fm/cassette stereo radio Onan 2800 gasoline generator (off vehicle gas tank), roof a/c plus vehicle ac, 16,000 btu furnace, 3 way fridge , 2 burner stove top, microwave oven, stainless kitchen sink, oak cabinetry, roof top vent/fan, rear double bed/power sofa, front and rear dinette, bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink), mirrored medicine cabinet, outside shower, curtains, front windshield shade, porch light, side patio awning, 6 gallon water heater, 30 gallon fresh water tank, 24 gallon grey water tank, 8 gallon black water tank, 8 gallon propane tank CO2 detector, fire extinguisher, monitor panel, exterior 110v receptacles, cable tv hookup Known problems-rust has started between steel plates near the back doors used for the wide body expansion (does not affect vehicle performance in any way), airbag idiot light has always been on since we owned it and has not been diagnosed, sensor readings for black water and grey water tanks are not always reliable. The vehicle is in good condition overall (interior and exterior). It drives smooth and straight and has no fluid leaks. All accessories are in good working order. The exterior shows some aging on decal striping and discoloration of fiberglass top. There are minor dents and scratches. The interior is very good except for wall paper pulling away above the sink area and a couple quarter-sized damaged spots in the linoleum . We average 15 to 16 mpg highway. When towing my Jeep Wrangler I get 13 mpg. $16,500.00 4062239712
