Excellent condition inside and out; clear Montana title in hand. Purchased in February, 2015 for touring; almost all miles are highway miles. Average 20.0 MPG to date per dash readout. This Pleasure Way Plateau TS is built on a 3500 Mercedes chassis and has dual rear wheels, very stable. It is rated at 5000# towing capacity and has a trailer hitch. It has collision avoidance system, lane keep warning system, blind spot monitoring, cruise control, build-in GPS navigation system plus rear vision camera and display. There are power door locks, remote keyless entry, power windows and mirrors. The exterior color is silver, interior is oyster and cabinetry is brandy maple.At 22 ft long (170” wheelbase), it is agile in traffic and easy to park. I really appreciate the aspect of having a self-contained RV that is useable as a second auto in town. Power from the 2.1 liter turbocharged engine is delivered through a seven speed automatic transmission. Four wheel disk brakes are featured along with Adaptive Electronic Stability Program and Acceleration Skid Control.The coach has a solar panel and a deep cycle battery which was replaced in 9/2016. Included is a 2.5kW Onan propane generator with auto start (operated regularly for maintenance). There is a 1,000 Watt inverter multi stage charger, a separate 45 amp power converter to run the 24” LED TV with Blu-Ray and antenna booster. The van is cooled by an 11,000BTU air conditioning unit and a fantastic fan. It is heated by a 16,000 BTU auto ignition furnace with thermostat control. There is a 13’ powered awning, and outside shower and a spare tire carrier. The kitchen has a microwave / conventional combination oven, a Norcold 3 way refrigerator (6 cu ft) and a two burner flush mount range. Interior safety devices include an LPG detector, a smoke detector and a CO detector. There are two control panels for lights, tank levels, generator and HWH; one is a primarily a lighting master panel (new in 2015) located by the door for ease of access. The interior includes a sliding screen door (one of the units nicest extras), both passenger and driver seats swivel, Ultra Leather seating surfaces, an electric couch that makes into a king size bed or two twin beds with an aisle between, rear pass through storage, soft touch liner, removable rectangular table and privacy curtains. Along with the frameless windows (awning style), painted skirting (fiberglass running boards), there is an exterior 110V outlet and an LED porch light. We are the second owners, the first put on approximately 2,000 miles to realize at 6’6” he was too tall for the twin bed arrangement. I’m 6’ tall and have no such issue with bed or interior standing height of 6’3”. Several other extras will be made available upon sale.
