This was purchased 2004 and one owner. Looks like it just arrived from the factory. It's like buying a new one at 1/3 new priceing today. No scratch's leaks or bad smell's. Owner never cooked inside and shower was used as extra storage, never used. Was always stored under cover and out of the sun and rain. Interior upholstery was always covered. Wheel's have new hub caps and tire's are fresh, including spare. No rust or corrosion any ware. Awning is in exceptional condition. Lots of storage space. Interior is pristine, Floor shows no ware and no stains on walls or ceiling. Forward master sleeping area is roomy with easy access around bed. Nice closet space for hanging cloths along with ample drawer space. large storage under bed with easy access and includes large hamper for dirty cloth's with out side access. This space also has a privacy accordion door. The main space includes a comfortable couch that double's as a fold out twin bed with ample storage under. This would be considered a over size twin. The seta comfortlessly sits four but could sit five with end chair. Kitchen as all the good thinks that include deep double sink, gas stove top and oven, never used. Impressive refrigerator/ freezer. Clean no stains. Lots of storage under seta that also doubles as bed. The bathroom is just that! big impressive space that includes storage, Privy, and comfortable shower/tub. am most impressed with this as usually these fill like a tiny box.
