This 2015 Pinnacle 36REQS has normal wear and tear for its age. The sofa sleeper was removed from the RV and would need to be replaced.
The tires are 2 and 3 years old. Minor damage to the fenders from a blowout.
According to the seller, all systems are functioning as they should.
