According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended.
Inside, all finishes and soft goods appear to be in very good condition. No tips, tears, or holes were noted in the upholstery, and no unusual or unexpected smells or odors were noted.
Outside, all exterior panels--with the exception of one--are in excellent condition with no dents or dings noted. One basement access door just to the right of the main entry door does have a small dent caused by a wind-blown folding lawn chair. All doors and door latches function as intended.
This coach has an amazing amount of "basement" space, and it includes a power cord reel and a backup camera that has never been used.

If you are looking for a full-time coach that affords the luxuries of a house, this is the one. Enjoy frameless tinted windows, hidden hinges, soft-close drawers, and doors with upgraded hardware. The coach's exterior includes slam latches on all storage doors, a magnetic compartment door that holds a black tank flush, and JBL exterior speakers.
You'll first notice that the entry is wider than most coaches and immediately leads you into the kitchen area. The main living area is to the rear of the coach, and the master bedroom is in the nose of the unit. Directly across from the entrance is the door to the bunk room/office.
The chef's kitchen includes an island with a deep sink, plenty of counter space, a residential refrigerator/freezer, a four-burner gas stove and oven, a 30" residential microwave, and a nice-sized pantry. The stove and oven have never been used.
The living area includes 65" theater seating with push-button reclining capability, an 88" split tri-fold sofa, a fireplace, a 50" LED television with a soundbar, and a JBL sound system.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, fireplace, 32" pop-up television, full wardrobe, and a second closet with washer/dryer prep.
