This 2020 Columbus 298RL is in great condition. The roof was just redone with a heavy duty coating (like a bedliner) that is guaranteed for life. The AC cover were also coated and the other fixtures on the roof are coated 2-3 inches up to make sure there will not be any leaks. The warranty is transferable. Please see the pictures. He also upgraded 2 of the 5 slide floorings. The two with the most traffic. They were done with marine plywood as the base with a heavy duty sealant and a moisture barrier on the bottom. All electrical, mechanical, and electronics are in perfect working order. The tire date codes indicate they were manufactured in August 2018. The exterior is very clean and glossy.
