This trailer was purchased by my son, new in 2007. He used it every year thereafter, until his family got too large for the trailer...He sold it to me in 2012, and I have kept it at the current campsite since 2014. The trailer is in excellent shape. The only thing wrong with it is the tile inside the two exit doors has cracked. However, I have used contact glue to repair it. The rest of the trailer is like new. It takes only 5 minutes to slide out the slide, turn on the water and electricity, and start the ice maker! The refrigerator works great, as does the water heater, microwave, oven, and the television. Storage is enhanced with the "garage" in back of the trailer. It's a very handy storage area, and is easy to access. The trailer can be seen at site 40, at Treeland RV sites, located 12 miles East of Hayward feel free to look at the trailer, and if you want to look inside, please call me at 218.663.8488. I live in Tofte, MN, so it takes me 3 hoursto drive to Treeland RV sites....I will be onsite for 3 days starting on Monday, the 8th of August, leaving Wednesday, the 10th.
