Excellent condition travel trailer. Very few road miles since it has been set up on a permanent camp site since we purchased it new in 2013. Sleeps 9 comfortably. Full size bed in the front with closable partitions for privacy. Full size lower bed with a twin size bunk over the top in the rear. Dinette table and sofa both fold down for additional sleeping capacity. Three burner stove, microwave, double sink, refrigerator/freezer runs on propane or electric, flat screen TV, CD/DVD/radio sound system, gas or electric heat, ducted AC, bathroom with toilet and tub/shower, hot water heater, separate black water and gray water tanks, 32 gallon fresh water tank with integrated water filter. TV can swivel to be viewed from the master bedroom or the living area. Marine grade speakers on the outside to allow external listening. TV mount on the outside if you would like to watch TV in the outdoors. Lots of storage inside and out. TV antenna for those times when cable isn't available. Full size awning on the front with a large slide out kitchen area on the other side. Dark tinted windows. Dual axles and tows very nice. Aluminum wheels with nitrogen filled tires and tire covers for when you are parked for a while. 4 stabilizer jacks, enclosed underbelly, outside shower, skylights, patio lights, window coverings, outside stove, and much more. 5,283 lb. dry weight.
