Normal wear except for patched holes. In and outside stove , water heater, furnace, toilet and shower,am/fm dvd player,frig., A.C. all work. Hanging pantry,hanging closet both are very handy. Spare tire,awning with screen room, electric lift, and outside shower. Front platform is approx. 84 in. x 101 in. just carried a 750lb. Harley to and from Sturgis with no problems think quads (2) dirt bikes, motorcycle, golfcart, hunting and taking all your equipment in one rig. Also all wheels have electric brakes with 15in. tires in great shape, bearings greased and adjusted this summer. Clear title in hand.
