This RV is in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION. Only thing that shows wear and tear according to its age is the exterior paint which is slightly faded. Interior is in unbelievable condition. There's no smell, hardly any floor marks or stains in the carpet, upholstery and cabinets are in great shape. Roof paint was recently redone in Dec 2016.

Amazing Condition, Almost New, 9700 Original Miles!!!
ONE-OWNER Custom Built 1994 Pace Arrow 30E powered by a Chevrolet 454 with ONLY 9700 original miles. This RV was factory ordered by its owner back in 1994 and never had the chance to go on as many adventures as they planned for it. Continue walking towards the back of the RV and you'll find a solid wood (cedar lined) closet to your right and a full size bathroom to your left. Continue walking towards the back and you'll find a bedroom with two twin-size beds, a nightstand, overhead cabinetry and a TV.

Reason for selling is not using..
1992 Pace Arrow 30E. 7000 Onan, 2 AC's, twin beds. The water system has never been used. The refer, stove and commode have never been used. The interior looks new. The exterior is in very good condition. Needs a good home with someone that will use it for what it was intended. Runs and drives like a new coach. Chev P30 chassis. Has all of the manuals.
