The exterior of the trailer is in really good shape with no readily visible fading or peeling of the graphics. All the storage compartment doors open and close easily.
The roof of the trailer has recently been resealed and looks very clean.
The awning is new and was replaced by the local RV service center along with all the Electric Jacks.
Finally the entire interior is in good condition for a 5 year old trailer. The rear door deadbolt does not lock with the key. It can be locked from inside and the front door locks all work.
