Private seller, original owner. Immaculate condition, loaded, used only 30-40 nights, new tires. One oversized slide, one regular slide, powered front and rear leveling jacks. Great floorplan. Has air conditioning, furnace, microwave, oversized refrigerator, oven, bunk beds in back, queen bed in front, kitchen island, indoor and outdoor showers, extra DC outlets installed throughout, includes 2nd flat screen TV in master bedroom, indoor and outdoor speakers, powered lighted awning and dual-paned windows. Four-season insulated. Lots of extras including all 30/50 amp electrical cords and septic hoses, portable water pump, gas grill, three 20-gallon propane tanks and generator included! Currently stored indoors. Can tow with short bed, smaller engine full sized pick-up - base weight is only 7600 lbs. Purchased from dealer in March, 2014. Trailer has always been covered when not in use. Comes with fifth wheel hitch and goose neck hitch that can be easily switched. Has battery disconnect so when plugged in, you don't burn up battery. Has television in master bedroom and in great room, along with blue tooth enabled entertainment system. Kitchen island provides more than enough storage. Separate ac/heater in master and rest of trailer. Bottom bunk folds up for storage. Able to fit 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes in area. Comes with 3 propane tanks & high pressure connection for BBQ. Trailer has 2 pop outs that make it feel spacious, nice for when you are camping in the rain and stuck in the trailer with your family! Selling because 2 of the 3 sets of grandparents that went camping with us have had a grandparent die & we haven't been camping.
