Less than 7,000 miles, fewer than 50 nights, this is just underused but like new for you. I believe the Demco EZ Glide pin box (the part installed on the trailer that goes into the hitch which is installed in the truck bed) cost additional $800 to me when I bought this new.This has the deluxe package which on NUWA's site is shown as a $3,500 upgrade over the base price. Means nicer stuff. http://www.nuwa.com/archives/2007/hh2/ls/features/ It has paddle fan, fiberglass shower with seat, recliners, awning, lots of features some of which are "extras" like the hidden leaf in the table and surround sound.No smoking, no pets. No babies even. Clean.
