Barely used 811 with all options offered by the dealer (Fox Value Package). 2500 W Onan LP Generator included w only 2.6 hours. 6 cubic foot 3 way fridge and freezer. 2 30 gallon propane tanks, 2 marine grade batteries (included).50 gal fresh water, 38 gal grey, 23 black, 6 gallon hotwater heater. Kenwood stereo system, indoor outdoor speaker. Electric awning, AC, indoor and outdoor shower, TV, microwave.Selling at a discount because I was in a hail storm and roof has a few dents (camper and truck were mostly covered under a bridge so dents were kept to a minimum). Spoke to several repair shops technicians and because the dents are on the roof and cosmetic recommended not repairing as breaking any seals to repair for cosmetics not necessary. 2002 Northwood Mfg Arctic Fox CAMPER 990, Camper is water-tight. Comes with all the features and options for the 990 in 2002. We are second owners of camper since 2 years old. Camper has been stored in our building when not in use. Very clean inside and out. Only reason selling is we are buying a new 990 with full wardrobe, side awning, thermal pane windows, and exterior propane connect. This used camper has the following features -100W solar panel -3600W generator -1500W inverter -microwave -3 burner stove w/oven -Wineguard amplified antenna -LCD flat screen TV/DVD player combo w/remote -AM/FM/CD Pioneer radio w/remote -exterior connections for cable, phone, exterior TV -exterior shower -dual deep cycle interstate batteries -Dometic 3way fridge -Dometic MACH A/C unit -7500 series happyjack jacks with wired and wireless remotes -carefree rear and slide awnings -2 sunroofs -fantastic fan above dinette -fan/vent in wetbath -6gal DSI propane water heater -dual 30gal propane with auto switchover and indicator -59gal fresh water -45gal black water -35gal gray water -all exterior joints regularly maintained with DICOR lap sealant -all manuals for all equipment included. ITEMS THAT MAKE THIS CAMPER LESS THAN IN EXCELLANT CONDITION... Jacks are a little rusty and can use sanding and paint. There is a delamination bubble on front as seen in photos below window driver side but not from water. I believe it is from when I stored a kerosene lantern in front driver side closet and the fumes may have caused it. I stopped storing it in there when I realized what was going on. There are no smells in the camper at all. Also, there is a small crack in the fiberglass bottom right of rear entry door. Don't know why, was hardly noticeable when we bought camper then grew to about 2 inches long, I sealed it up with DICOR several years ago and it has never changed. This is a really nice camper and wife and I have always taken good care of it. Like it so much we are basically buying the same thing with some extra options.
