A nice booth dinette is opposite and you will enjoy dining at it. This too has overhead cabinets to keep things tucked away neatly. You can also choose to add a TV if you like above the dinette area.The rear bath to your left as you enter the door furthest to the back offers a tub/shower, toilet, and vanity plus sink. 2016 NORTHWOOD MANUFACTURING Nash 24M, The Nash trailer line features a custom built, structural steel, off-road chassis that is independently certified.  The frame work utilizes blocking and steel hurricane plates with a full walk on, bonded truss roofing system and multi-layer, glue laminated, fiberglass exterior siding.  The cabinets use face frame residential style construction and are attached to both the walls and the ceiling to strengthen both the cabinets and the box structure.  You can count on true four season insulation not only for the occupants, but for the holding tanks and plumbing, too.  The tanks are enclosed, packed with insulation, and bathed in warm air from the house furnace (optional).  You can see why the founder of Northwood Manufacturing, Ron Nash, chose to put his name on this outstanding line of trailers! In addition to the excellent design and construction pedigree, all Nash trailers include Equaflex Suspension, Tongue & Groove Plywood Floor Decking, 12 Volt Power Awning, Rear Receiver Hitch, 10 Gallon Quick Recovery Water Heater, Built-In Generator Prep., LPG Barbeque Connection, 20 Watt Solar Panel with Charge Controller, and LED Lighting Inside and Out. This unit has been upgraded with the following factory options - Exterior marine grade speakers, Power tongue jack, and a Fantastic Fan. This trailer was sold new on 7-19-16.  The owner took it on two trips and decided they wanted a motorhome.  The warranty coverage is as if it were new, except the warranty expires on 7-19-17.  Plus, the original owner installed a battery and paid the tags, which are good through 7/31/17.  This is like buying new, but at a used price. The floorplan offers a spacious rear bath with plenty of wardrobe space.  The front bedroom has a walk around queen bed with a camping comfort mattress and bedspread.  The main living area is in the center of the trailer with a sofa bed across from a booth dinette.  The sofa and wardrobe storage are located on a slide-out for a spacious open feeling.  There are front and rear entry doors for easy and convenient entry to the desired area.
