The Nash 23D is a true 4 season camper. I have had it since new and it has been used 10-12 times otherwise stored indoors in a heated building. I have changed all inside lights to LED and the batteries are always on a maintainer while not in use. The unit has been cleaned and detailed and is ready for the 2017 camping season. It has a gross dry weight of 5310lbs, dry hitch weight of 520lbs, and a max GVWR of 7000lbs which makes it easy to pull with a half-ton truck. I bought a new camper and swapped out the mattresses so this will have a brand new mattress in it. It is generator ready meaning it has a compartment that is ready for a generator it also has an electric awning and lots of storage. I still have the factory build sheet for it and think the only option this unit does not have that was offered was thermal pane windows. This model also has a slideout.
