The body is in good condition. It has a full body paint that, with the exception of a few places in the back, is free of clear coat issues. The front of the RV has been professionally repainted and looks fantastic. There seems to be a problem with one of the slides that the seller, who is a RV mechanic, is a dressing at this moment. The inside is in good condition with the exception of just one cabinet door that does not close correctly. The jacks go all the way up however they do not tripped the sensor so the Jack warning lights stay on. Stock #247460 Well laid out RV with all the bells and whistles. Two new AC's and all new batteries! This RV has a great layout and is ready to hit the road. If you are looking for a great vacationing RV or one to live in, this RV might be the perfect one for you. This has two very nice swivel rockers that are coated in fine leather. In place of the couch is a nice wooden desk adjacent to a wine rack and plenty of storage. This RV would be ideal for anyone who wants to get some work done or Internet surfing while on the road. The kitchen is full size and is perfect for the person who enjoys making complete meals for their family. There is plenty of storage and counter space. There is even a full-size RV refrigerator. The floor is covered in very nice tile, and I did not see any cracking at all. The bathroom is large and has plenty of space to move around and get ready for the day. The shower is not only wide, but the showerhead is high and can accommodate those taller adults. The engine is a powerful 400hp Cummins diesel. These engines have been known to go strong to around 500k miles before a top-end overhaul is needed. So there is plenty of miles left on this one! This RV looks and drives great. It's waiting for you! Reason for selling is not using it.
