This trailer has always been under roof when not being used. Comes with full skirting including fith wheel storage with zipper door. Excellent condition. Everything works fine. I always kept the roof clean and rv treated. Always kept the trailer waxed and clean inside and out. It will haul atvs or myself i hauled to full dressed harleys. Very luxurious unlike most toyhaulers. This trailer is built by newmar and by far one of the best toyhaulers ever made. Ducted air and heat. Daul a/cs. Shower with skylight and a queen size bed. Washer dryer brand new. Onan generator will run everything in trailer including a/c units. Four season trailor. Heated compartment where the water hook up is. Seperate fuel tanks one for generato and one for fueling station. Four burner kithchen stove. Gas and electric refridge. Sofa with two recliners. Fold up bar with two stools. Its just a straight up nice trailer problem free ready to go. Trailer is near baton rouge loisianna. I need to sell im gonna retire and go smaller. Make a fair offer im ready to talk. I pull this with an f-350 pulls like a dream dont even know its there. Thanks Ted

These vehicles are custom built, durable, and finished like all other Newmar Motorhomes. If you want the best built and best finished toy haulers, you need to look at X-Aire by Newmar. If you are looking at toy haulers and not familiar with the Newmar name there is a reason. Newmar is a luxury coach builder that to this day builds million dollar coaches. So comparing it to your Road Warriors and Voltages of today there are some drastic construction quality differences. This was the best built Toyhauler ever!!! The roof decking and floor is 5/8 plywood not OSB (particle board ) like all built today. The entire floor ( not just garage ) is plywood. The fuel cell is the largest ever built. 38 gallons just for toys and 38 gallons for generator. This rig has a 14ft garage with the sturdiest Toy hauler ramp and rear garage built. . The garage has its own flat screen and DVD player. The Kitchen/living area has a loft, solid surface counter tops , new flat screen TV , DVD with surround , and no BS the nicest real wood cabinets you can find in a 5th wheel. Huge queen front bed room with oversized shower , washer dryer combo. This is a coach caliber 5th wheel toy hauler. The onan 5500 generator has low hours and has no problem powering the twin 15 thousand BTU roof top ACs. Over all condition is a 9 out of 10. 2009 Newmar X-Aire 41CKLG, The Newmar X-Aire 41CKLG is a top of the line Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler.  This coach is very well equipped for the year, with its most notable feature being its 13.5 foot garage - larger than most of its competitors. The exterior of the coach is in great condition, featuring power jacks, a power awning, large pass through storage, two slides, two AC units, an ONAN Marquis 5500 Generator, and a MorRyde hitch.   The interior is lavishly decorated, featuring comfortable furniture in the galley and living area, a dinette that folds into a bed, a loft area for more sleeping space, a large curved sofa, and a flat screen TV.  The kitchen is well equipped with an 8 cubic foot refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, deep sinks and ample counter space.  There is a LOT of cabinet space in this coach for storing food, plates, and whatever else you take on the road with you.  The main cabin has a large bed, chest of drawers, large closet, washer and dryer unit, shower, toilet in a private room, and plenty of room for moving around. The garage / toy box area is very spacious, too.  This is one of the larger garages I've seen in a toy hauler lately and is plenty of space for storing your four seater RZR or a couple of quads and dirt  bikes.  There is another TV, two beds and a large rear hatch for storing your equipment.Call SALES today at 888-437-0436 to come take a look!! ,
