This coach is in very good condition for an RV almost ten years old with the expected wear and tear. There is a minor leak around the passenger side window when it rains; the seller has been unable to see exactly where it is leaking. The body is in good condition. It has a full body paint that, with the exception of a few places in the back, is free of clear coat issues. The front of the RV has been professionally repainted and looks fantastic. There seems to be a problem with one of the slides that the seller, who is a RV mechanic, is a dressing at this moment. The inside is in good condition with the exception of just one cabinet door that does not close correctly. The jacks go all the way up however they do not tripped the sensor so the Jack warning lights stay on. Stock #247460 Well laid out RV with all the bells and whistles. Two new AC's and all new batteries! This RV has a great layout and is ready to hit the road. If you are looking for a great vacationing RV or one to live in, this RV might be the perfect one for you.
