Original owner selling because of health issues. Non-Smokers........Clear Title.....Newmar set the stage for quality and workmanship in all of their products and we have been absolutely pleased with our purchase. Our motorhome boasts the standard accommodations as per the original PDF brochure found on the internet. Google 2008 Newmar Dutchstar 4035 PDF to answer most of your questions and become aquainted with this unit. There is Oak cabinetry through out and we upgraded with 15000 BTU roof units, Magic bed, washer/dryer combo, distressed leather pilot/co-pilot seats/Magic Bed/jack knife couch, plank flooring (except bedroom) and in motion satellite. Lots of country decor included with purchase if desired.2000 miles on 6 new Michelin tires installed 10/5/15 because of sidewall cracking. (Due to not covering the original tires while camping). Serviced last fall (2016) and has not been moved.NOTE: 2008 Chevy HHR with professionally installed Blue Ox tow package and AirForce One braking system for sale.....$8500. HHR has 117000 mile but aprox. 35000 are tow miles.Absolutely "NO" Solicitors!
