2000 Newmar American Star 30RKCL, This well built, well maintained FW has been used very little and is in better than average condition for its age. There have been no leaks and there are no odors, none. The bathroom is fabulous, plenty of room. The one slide out is 46 deep, they come no deeper. The roof is aluminum and close to new, little to no maintenance required. Were selling our house and moving into a larger Newmar FW, or we wouldnt even consider selling this one. List of options and standard equipment: 10 gallon LP & Electric water heater, VCR-DVD TV combo, 8 cu. Ft. Dometic refrigerator, 13,500 Duotherm Air, hide-a-bed sofa, free standing dinette, ceiling fan, microwave, Suburban furnace, much much more than average storage, Filon fiberglass exterior with gelcoat caps, 100 wide body construction on 12 I-beams, aluminum frame construction as well, original awning never used once, new spare tire, 16 wheels and tires on 6000lb axles (not 15 on 5200lb axles) pulls safer and easier. Tires are as new but do have some age. Very good outside storage. Rear fiberglass window awning. Same slide out mechanism as in all Newmar products, the finest available. Carpet has been covered when in use, very minor fading has occurred as in most older units, but the carpet is certainly not worn out.
