The RV is is good condition consistent with a 17 year old RV. The decals are fading in some areas. There is a soft spot in the bedroom floor from a previous leak. The slide out floor appears to be beginning to separate in some areas. The tires have ample tread and are free of dry rot. There is no body damage.
