This Tradewinds 40E is in overall good to very good condition.
There are some minor areas of clear coat checking and flaking on the curbside of the coach's rear quarter. A few of the emblems are beginning to peel.
The dash air system may have a leak, as the seller reports he needs to replenish the refrigerant before each trip.
The tires are just slightly worn, and they were placed roughly three years ago.
The coach interior is finished in a natural light Maple and appears damage-free. The Corian countertops are clean and show no signs of wear and tear. However, the stovetop cover has been broken and is now in two pieces, but it is operable.
All other systems, appliances, and components are in working order.
