This is coach is exceptionally clean. The tires are new with about 1800 miles on them. The generator is gas with about 400 hours. The interior has been upgraded including wood trim, some upholstery and vinyl flooring though out. The kitchen has hard wood flooring. The bathroom has an upgraded mirror, faucet, and the matching towels are included. The bedroom has new decor and a large flat screen TV. It has a built in vanity for cosmetics and jewelry. There is a large hanging closet in the hall leading to the bed room. The bedroom and bath are can be closed off from the main living area. The living area includes a sofa that is a hid-a-bed and a swivel rocker. A flat screen TV is worked into the front cabinets and looks like it isn't there when off. The captains chairs swivel to provide more seating when having company. The driver's chair has 6 electric settings. There is a wood storable table next to the rocker and a magazine rack next to the passenger's seat. The kitchen includes a microwave with convention. Corin counter tops and counter extension. The refrigerator is automatic gas and electric with large freezer.Included are the electrical plug convertors for different hookups at campgrounds etc, and a 30' 50 amp extension cord. The water heater is both gas and electric. A generator Venturi system never used is also included. There is a new replacement awning that needs to be installed. I have gone over the interior of the coach replacing any small parts that were not in working order, and there is a new exhaust fan in the bathroom. All the manuals for the original equipment, and the new additions are in the coach. This coach has been meticulously maintained. I will be happy to give you any additional you need.
