1999 Mountain High Coachworks Residency 38' Motorhome. Model is 3790 Ford Triton V10 engine (with the BANKS powerpack, which offers higher HP and better fuel efficiency), on a Ford tag axle chassis with very low miles (Only 17,200). Two big slide outs! Big slide out in living room (sleeper sofa/recliner), and the rear bedroom. This was one of the top models that Mountain High Coachworks made in 1999 and everything is of the highest quality. Really nice interior floorplan, with the living room design (L shaped sleeper sofa, corner entertainment unit, and fireplace!). Runs and looks fantastic. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the leather drivers seat: drivers door, tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM stereo, 32" TV in Living Room, 25" TV in the bedroom, VCR, satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide, where the big sleeper sofa and leather recliner are, and another big slide in the rear bedroom. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a big L shaped sleeper sofa, leather recliner, corner entertainment unit (fireplace underneath), and a dinette table: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 4 door fridge with ice maker, 3 Burner Stove-Top, oven, convection microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Corian counters. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and corner glass shower. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Rear slide really opens up the bedroom area, and is very large. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Awning over passenger side, 3 window awnings, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5000 Gas generator runs great. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Comes with a full set of manuals.
