The exterior has previously been somewhat damaged but is weather-tight. There are visible scratches in the finish and several areas where a weatherproof material has been affixed to damaged areas. Dents are apparent on the right side of the exterior. The roof was previously damaged, possibly by a tree limb, and there are two or three places at the edge of the roof where the roof sustained some damage. However, no evidence of any water leakage. The 12K BTU ductless A/C is a great addition to this RV. It is whisper quiet and so efficient that the sellers no longer use their roof-mounted A/C units. Stock #358570 2017 Keystone Montana 3791RD with five slide-outs! The current owners are the second owners. This RV was purchased to live in short term while owners prepared to move to town. The sellers have remodeled the interior. The countertops are concrete...very durable and attractive. The interior has been repainted...specifically the walls, cabinetry, trim, and ceiling. There are some areas that need touch-up to look perfect, but overall, it is pretty nice. There is a new skylight installed over the bathroom. The flooring throughout is new laminate. Some areas of the surface seem a bit wavy, but the flooring is tight and a good color. There is a residential refrigerator/freezer, which appears fairly new. A microwave-convection oven is installed. A nice mock-stone fireplace wall in the rear of the interior houses the ductless A/C and an infrared fireplace. This looks nice. Reason for selling is moving to in-town residence.
