The seller only used the RV temporarily, and it was kept in very good condition. The tires are in good shape, but if going long distances, it would be best to replace them. The exterior of the RV still looks really good for this age, with no sunburn to the paint or vinyl graphics. The roof looks very good as it was recently replaced.
